Who processes the data

What data we collect

When you send an inquiry through the form, we receive what you enter: your name or company name, your email or phone number, and the text of your message. We do not collect any other personal data and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Why we use it

We use the data from your inquiry only to reply to you and send you a quote. The legal basis is your request that we contact you, that is, steps taken prior to entering into a contract. We do not sell it and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted on Netlify, which receives and stores the messages from the form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and parts of the code from public CDN services, so those services can see your IP address. Some of these services process data outside Serbia, subject to the safeguards set out in their terms of use.

How long

We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation about working together lasts, and for no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless we start working together. In that case we keep the data for as long as the contract and regulations require.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and to withdraw your consent. All you need to do is write to us at the address above. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
