7 jobs in your company that AI automation does for you
Most companies do not lose time on big projects. They lose it on small tasks that repeat every day. Here are seven examples we automate most often, and what each one means in practice.
1. Retyping orders
An order arrives by email or from the online store, and someone retypes it by hand into a spreadsheet and the invoicing software. Automation does it the moment the order arrives, with no retyping errors.
2. Creating and sending invoices
An invoice is created automatically from the order data, sent to the customer and saved in a folder. You just check it when you get the notification.
3. Sorting emails
AI reads incoming emails and labels them: inquiry, complaint, order, bill. It forwards urgent ones to the right person, and for common questions it suggests a reply that you just approve.
4. Reading invoices and documents
Incoming invoices arrive as a PDF or a photo. AI pulls out the supplier, tax ID, amount and date, and enters them into the bookkeeping spreadsheet. A person checks it, but no longer retypes it.
5. Daily and weekly reports
Every morning a short overview arrives on Viber or by email: yesterday's sales, new inquiries, products running low on stock. Without opening five programs.
6. Review requests
A week after the purchase, the customer automatically gets a friendly message with a link to leave a Google review. Reviews help both on Google Maps and in search.
7. Booking and reminders
The customer picks a slot through the website or the chatbot, the slot goes into the calendar, and a reminder goes out the day before. Fewer missed appointments, fewer phone calls.
Where to start
Write a list of the tasks someone in your company does the same way every day. Next to each one, write how much time it takes. The task with the most hours is the best candidate for your first automation.
The tools for this already exist (Make, Zapier, n8n and AI models), and our job is to connect them with the software your company already uses. More on the AI business automation page.
