AI business automation: work that does itself.

We connect the software your company already uses, so the work that repeats every day does itself: copying orders, invoices, email replies, reports. AI reads, sorts and writes where a person used to be needed.

Monday, 8:00. Today's list:

  • Copy orders into the spreadsheetruns itself
  • Create and send invoicesruns itself
  • Reply to customer emailsruns itself
  • Tell the warehouse what to packruns itself
  • Put together the weekly reportruns itself

One order. Five steps. Nobody types.

AI writes to the customer

Dear Marija, thank you for your order! We're packing your two creams tomorrow morning, and the courier will deliver them on Thursday. Since this is your third purchase, we've added a small gift too.

A personal message instead of a template, written from the purchase history.

Viber group “Warehouse”

New order #1048: face cream × 2, Novi Sad. Pack tomorrow by 10 AM, add a gift sample.23:14 ✓✓

In the morning the warehouse knows what to pack, and nobody had to send a message.

From order to warehouse message: 6 seconds instead of 14 minutes. This is an example flow for an online store. The same principle applies to inquiries, quotes, reservations and reports.

What AI automation is.

Automation follows a simple rule: when one thing happens, do another. When an order arrives, add it to the spreadsheet. When a customer fills out a form, send them a confirmation and notify the salesperson. We build these flows in tools like Make, Zapier and n8n, which connect hundreds of apps.

AI adds the part of the flow that used to need a person. It can read an email and decide whether it is a complaint, an inquiry or an order. It pulls the amount and tax ID out of a PDF invoice, and writes the customer a personal reply instead of a template.

The result is hours your team gets back every week for work that really needs people: sales, customers and growth.

What we automate most often.

Orders and sales

An order from the online store goes into the spreadsheet, an invoice is created, the customer gets a confirmation, and the warehouse gets a message.

Emails and inquiries

AI sorts incoming emails, suggests replies and forwards anything urgent to the right person.

Documents and invoices

Data from invoices, contracts and forms is copied automatically into a spreadsheet or your accounting software.

Reports

A daily or weekly report on sales, inquiries or stock arrives on its own by email or Viber.

Which tools we connect.

  • Gmail, Outlook and Google Workspace: email, spreadsheets, documents and calendar.
  • Online stores: WooCommerce and Shopify.
  • CRM software: HubSpot, Pipedrive and similar.
  • Messaging: Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram and Slack, for team notifications.
  • Spreadsheets: Google Sheets, Excel and Airtable.

If the software you use can connect to other tools (an API), it can almost certainly be automated. If it can't, we look for a workaround, for example through email or a spreadsheet export.

How you know it pays off.

22hours per month
33working days per year

Each square is one working day of the year (260). The yellow ones go to work that could do itself.

Before we build anything, we work out together how much time the job takes now. If an employee spends an hour a day copying orders, that is about twenty hours a month. An automation that takes it over usually pays for itself in a few months, and after that it saves time every month.

We also build a check into every flow: the system tells you when something fails, so an error doesn't go unnoticed.

How we work.

1

Call

Half an hour, free. We go through your repetitive work and pick the task that takes the most time.

2

Prototype in 7 days

The first flow runs on your real data, with you checking it.

3

Launch

We switch the flow on in your daily work and show your team how to track the results.

4

Maintenance

We make sure everything keeps running, fix things when an app changes, and add new flows.

Questions about AI automation.

What is AI business automation?

It means connecting the software a company uses so that repetitive tasks do themselves, with AI handling the steps that require reading, sorting or writing text.

Do I have to change the software I use?

Usually not. We build the automation around the tools you already use, such as Gmail, Excel, your online store or your CRM.

How long does it take to build one automation?

A simple flow is often running within a few days. You see the first prototype on your data in seven days, and more complex processes take longer.

What if the automation makes a mistake?

We set up a check and a notification for every flow. When something fails, you get a message. For finances and contracts, a person always confirms the result.

How much does AI automation cost?

It depends on the number of steps, the software we connect and the amount of data. After the free call we send a quote with the exact build price and the monthly cost of the tools.
